Menswood exists to solve that. Instead of travelling to a facility, a personal care professional comes to your home with everything needed.
To be clear about what this is: Menswood is a private, one-to-one appointment in your own home. It is not a shared facility, there is no walk-in location, and there is nothing to book alongside anyone else.
The tradition is simple and has not changed much. You start with a long warm soak to soften the skin. Then comes the part that makes it worth doing — a firm, full-body exfoliating scrub that takes off everything a shower leaves behind. The visit finishes with a full moisturize so your skin does not dry out afterwards.
Most people are surprised by how much comes off during the scrub, and by how long the results last. It is not a quick wash. Set aside about two hours.
No. A normal bathroom is enough. We bring the products, the equipment and the towels. You need hot water and somewhere to sit or lie down comfortably. Full draping is maintained throughout, and you may request the gender of your care professional when you book.
Most clients book at home. If you would rather the service not take place at your own address, you can come to us instead: a private Sacramento location, by appointment only, one client at a time. No waiting room, no other clients, no signage. You receive the address once your appointment is confirmed.
