[private-pages-2026-08-20] /info is NOT in here, and must never be.

  It carries <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">. It is a link
Montana sends to one person at a time, not a page the public is meant to find.
/trial, now retired, was listed here at priority 0.6 while simultaneously
telling crawlers to ignore it: asking Google to come and look at a page it
had been told not to index. Beyond the wasted crawl, a page that solicits
personal details and photographs has no business being advertised to the
  open internet.

[trials-retired-2026-09-05] /trial is gone and now answers 410 (see the note
in src/index.js). Because it was never in this file and always carried
noindex, there is nothing here for a search engine to unlearn. /survey went
the same way on the same day and was never here either.

Rule for anything added below: if a page carries a noindex tag, it does not
belong in this file. The two must always agree.

[spanish-2026-08-28] Each page serves two languages from one file, and the
Spanish one is reached by adding ?lang=es. Every English entry below names
both versions with xhtml:link, which is how Google is told the Spanish
version exists and which visitor it is for.

[no-es-locs-2026-09-10] THE SIX ?lang=es <loc> ENTRIES ARE GONE. They were
asking Google to index six URLs that, to a crawler which has not run any
JavaScript, are not Spanish pages at all.

The Spanish text is written by public/js/i18n.js after the document loads.
Before that script runs — which is the only state a non-rendering crawler
ever sees — /safety?lang=es is byte-for-byte the English page, and its
  <link rel="canonical"> still points at /safety. i18n.js rewrites that
canonical to the ?lang=es form on load (see markUrl() in that file), but
that rewrite happens in the browser and never in the bytes.

So the six entries were a sitemap asking for a URL that the page at that URL
disclaims. At best Google renders, agrees the pages are the same, and drops
five of the six anyway; at worst it reads the raw HTML, sees the English
page twice under two addresses, and splits the ranking of the only pages
this business has. Neither outcome is worth a line in this file.

THE xhtml:link ALTERNATES STAY, and are the whole point of the distinction.
An alternate DECLARES that a Spanish version exists at that address; a <loc>
REQUESTS that the address be indexed as a page in its own right. The
declaration is true whether or not JavaScript ran, costs nothing, and is
what serves a Spanish speaker arriving from a Spanish query. The request was
the part that was false. The same pair of hreflang tags is in the <head> of
every page listed below, so the two directions still agree whichever way a
  crawler arrives.

If the Spanish is ever rendered server-side, the six <loc> entries can come
back and should. Until then they are a request for something the server does
  not do.

[lastmod-2026-09-10] The dates below are checked against the newest dated
marker in each page's own source rather than guessed. /, /who-we-help and
  /turkish-bath all carry [nav-2026-09-02] changes and /privacy carries a
[recovery-2026-09-04] one; those four had been sitting at 2026-08-28, which
told Google there was nothing new to come back for.

<!-- [landing-pages-2026-09-11] Five pages written for the questions the rest
of this site never answers, because the man asking them does not yet
know this business exists. He is not searching "Menswood"; he is typing
"pay someone to bathe me", or his daughter is typing "help bathing
elderly father Sacramento", and until now nothing here met either of
       them.

They are listed high not out of optimism but because they are the only
pages on this site aimed at a stranger rather than at somebody already
deciding. The two written to a person in difficulty come first.

changefreq is monthly on all five: they answer questions whose answers
do not move. Saying "daily" to look busy is how a sitemap stops being
       believed. -->
